Getting started

BMX is a fun sport that you can get into as little as, or as much as you want to!

You may choose to race only at your local track, or you can choose to race at various tracks around WA in the Super Series and Open Day race meetings, or compete in the State Championships, National Championships or even the World Championships at a venue somewhere around the world … the 2014 World Titles is being  held in Rotterdam in July.

BMX is now an Olympic sport too.  The bottom line here is that where you go with BMX is entirely up to you!

If you are interested in getting into BMX at the Rockingham BMX Club, come down and meet the volunteer committee members for more information and check out the action on the track.

Rockingham BMX Club races on Thursday evenings with registrations closing at 6:45pm on the night for a 7:00pm start.

If you are heading down to the Ennis Avenue track to race for the first time it may be worth getting there around 6:30pm to give yourself plenty of time to complete any paperwork that may be required.

If you find you would like more information please check out

Looking forward to seeing you down at the track!
